"Fully equipped kitchen, lots of space, a full laundry in unit and lots of hanging space and hangers. The building was clean and quiet, as well as convenient to downtown convention center, restaurants, and other services. The staff was very friendly and the check-in/out process was simple. Can't wait to stay at this location and others throughout the US!"

"Construction noise constantly, alot of amenities closed, blood stains on the carpet, rock slide closed…..i can go on"

"Walls are paper thin. Their staff decided it was a good idea to clean until 11pm outside my room. I heard nonstop talking, laughing, and vacuuming. I did not get any sleep until midnight. Additionally, their "blinds" were see through. I could see right outside and from the parking lot when the lights were on in my room, people could see me. It was terrifying and I couldn't wait to check out."

"Arrived to check in and was greeted to drink passes for happy hour and snacks/ appetizers. We scheduled our airport shuttle upon arrival, for the following morning. Room was clean, good water pressure in shower. Beds cozy and comfortable. We left prior to having breakfast. Shuttle was convenient, however, I was the only passenger to be dropped off at a different terminal. The driver unloaded passengers and all the luggage, including mine. He started driving back to the airport, didn’t notice I was still on the shuttle until I spoke up. He had to whip a u turn. Dropped me off, but no luggage. We then had to go back to previous terminal, hope my luggage was still there. We found it sitting in the road, next to the curb. Then had to get to my terminal. It was a bit frustrating to say the least. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of choices offered each day. The front desk staff was wonderful, especially Monica. She was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions for dining options and local activities to enjoy during our visit."
