Location de vacances de particulier à Station de métro Decatur

« Great home close to Pullman Yard and Fernbank Science Museum. The home was perfectly clean. We could not have found a better location or home for our stay in Atlanta. »

« Walking distance to ASC and downtown Decatur. Comfortable stay »

« This place was really dirty and smelled of marijuana. Couldn’t even stay 1 night because it felt so dingy and dirty. Owner would not work with us or refund us. »

« Michael was a great host! His rental was beautiful and perfect for our stay after our first rental in Atlanta didn’t end up working for us. He made sure we were able to check in seamlessly and was extremely responsive! Would love to rent from him in the future! »

« Super clean space, very nicely updated which made for a comfortable stay. For anyone with a dog the enclosed yard is ideal. We would stay again. »

« This charming home is conveniently located to everything in Decatur. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for any cooking you may want to do, and the entire house was comfortable. The host was exceptional and kept in communication regarding anything we may have needed. This home is not far from our son and daughter in laws home so this one will definitely be on the list for future family gatherings. »

« A great location and lots of space but a bit worn out. Needs new furniture, needs light bulbs replaced. Kitchen is sub-par. Ovens didn’t work, one exhaust fan broken, selection of cooking ware and utensils sub-par. Part of the reason for using homes vs hotels is because you plan meals. I would say it was “fine”. »

« Great home, great location for our needs! »

« The stay was overall pretty good. The townhouse was in perfect condition, and everything worked pretty well. The rental team communicates every day, and they were in constant communication the whole time. I want to give 5 stars, but we had only a few issues: the property wasn't immaculate; we had to clean it once we arrived; and two cups had coffee stains. One towel had a hole, and the beds were more concerning. That lack of boxsprints made it hard to rest properly. I guess everything was fine...

« The property was great! It was dog friendly and the perfect layout. We did some nice walks to a neighborhood lake and Legacy Park had some great walking trails with our dogs. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Josh was great with communication too We hope to stay here again when we visit our son and daughter-in-law (and new grandson) next time we are in Decatur! Thanks for a perfect week! »

« Very nice house and conveniently located. While the listing says it sleeps 10 it can easily sleep up to 13 there’s one hidden room that they missed. The check-in process was cumbersome as we arrived late and there were miscommunications along our journey. And some of the amenities that were listed were difficult to use and may or may not have been there but all in all it’s a lovely property a nice area and we enjoyed our stay. »

« The house was so beautiful and thoughtfully decorated! Every convenience was handled for us. The location was amazing - walkable to coffee and great restaurants! And the neighborhood was quiet! Loved this place! I will rent it again next time our conference comes to Atlanta! (I’m not sure why the listing shows hot tub because there is none but the do have a putting green!) »

« We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and the host handled a small arrival hiccup quickly and professionally. Note that steep stairs lead up to the apartment, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. For Oakhurst Porchfest, the location is unbeatable—right in the middle of everything! We’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it. »

« Really lovely, clean home in a safe location close to Emory and Decatur. Screened in porch is a perfect place to relax! Clear communication from host. »

« This is a lovely home for a visit to Atlanta and Decatur. It is very nicely furnished - more like a home, rather than a rental that may have only minimal furnishings. It is comfortable and ideal for a couple or a family. The location is ideal for Decatur. MARTA is close by for convenient transportation. Shopping is also nearby. We had a lovely stay there and highly recommend the fine home to you. The host was very accommodating, as well. »

« It was a very nice place to stay for the weekend »

« Perfect location to everything. Property was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent. »

« Fabulous, spacious home. Just what we were looking for. Thank you Michael for being a great host! »
