"When I stepped inside, I felt welcomed. The home was exceptionally clean and well appointed. I felt safe. It's location is close enough to walk downtown. Beth and Greg are very nice and responded to my question quickly."

"Just as advertised. Clean. Space for both privacy and being together with others. Nice backyard (which we didn't use because we were so busy with museuming and seeing the town."

"Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. "

"We didn't eat anywhere, we actually shopped and cooked at the house. Internet quit working Saturday. Beds could be upgraded but they weren't awful. Definitely need a new shower head in the master bath. Overall the house and area was super cute and cozy! "
