« Our stay was disappointing due to noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The first floor had a strong smell of marijuana throughout our visit. Inside the room, the walls were covered in scuffs, there were visible stains on the ceiling, and the AC/heating unit was dirty, containing debris left behind from previous maintenance or lack of cleaning. The property is in clear need of better upkeep and general repairs. »

« Accueil sympathique. »

« L'accueil a l'arrivée était OK. « No really nice room, curtains not attached, needs to be renovated except the mattres, very confortable one. Breakfast was very poor, no eggs, no fruits, almost nothing. Just the price was good but far away of the quotation of Hotels.com »

« Nothing extraordinary but all things were OK. »

« Dirty and ghetto »

« Very pleasant welcome; very clean room. »

« This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable »

« It’s actually really clean and room is too spacious given the price and star rating. Staff were very helpful and let me check in early. The hotel is not 2miles away from the hotel , it’s 6.6 miles away. Expedia needs to fix that. »

« Malpropre, erreurs dans ma réservation, déjeuner infecte »

« Just be mindful that this is a 2-star hotel; on Expedia, I assumed it was closer to a 3-star hotel. The staff was really nice, but the conditions are not favorable for a solo traveller. Although the surrounding area is accessible, there were a lot of times I worried about my safety and even got asked to enter someone's car. For a cheap, one-night stay for a couple or family, this could work, though the first room I was placed in smelled horribly like smoke and was not cleaned well. The laundry...
