« We were unable to use the garage parking as the opener did not work »

« The property is well furnished, clean and quiet. Very close to many places- Beale St, Lorraine Hotel, Mississippi River is just down the street. Communication with the owner was easy, they responded to questions quickly. Parking is secure. Definitely need to use the map for the parking lot that the owner provides. This was our first time visiting Memphis and will definitely stay here again for a second trip. »

« My stay was amazing , had everything I needed . Was super close to stores and restaurants. The host was very professional and responded back quickly with anything I needed . 10/10 would recommend. »

« Overall it was a good stay. Great breakfast and the Mon-Wed salad and beer were ok. It took forever for the hot water to heat up. »

« The location could not have been better. So happy to be where we were - Walking distance to BealeStreet, to the beautiful park, and the Loretta Motel/Museum. The apartment was lovely – comfortable and well equipped. If you want the air mattress, be sure to let Michelle know. Just an FYI. »

« Excellent hosts and were always available for any issues and questions. This place is as nice as advertised and there are shops and restaurants all within a 5 minute range. If I ever return to Memphis I know where I want to stay. »

« Great stay. Convenient location. »

« Charged full amount for stay and confirmed reservation. Never provided access to property but did not cancel either. No communication of any kind. Got to Memphis on Labor Day Weekend with no place to stay. »

The second night started off with 2 cop cars and a bunch of people yelling in the parking lot. Followed by the neighbors yelling at each other until 3am (I am pretty sure they are getting divorced). Walking up to the door, you pass a toilet sitting on sidewalk and the stairway smells like poop. On a high note, the bedding was clean. »

« We were very appreciative that we were able to find a place at the last minute but sorry we cannot give any higher of a rating. There was glitter on the living room carpet. There was a glue with glitter smeared on the kitchen table. I was able to clean it off but why did I have to clean it? There were only 2 glasses and 3 coffee cups. There were no spoons at all. There was a pile of trash and dirt that included cigarette butts under one of the beds. The screen on the door going out to the...

« The place was great and the residents in the building were some of the nicest people I have ever met! Parking is on the street which during a festival wasn’t ideal, but we really didn’t have any issues. The hallway to the building smelled like marijuana, but the apartment did not and was clean and perfect for what we needed. We also got quick responses from the host which was helpful. »
