"The place was great and the residents in the building were some of the nicest people I have ever met! Parking is on the street which during a festival wasn’t ideal, but we really didn’t have any issues. The hallway to the building smelled like marijuana, but the apartment did not and was clean and perfect for what we needed. We also got quick responses from the host which was helpful."

"Parking lot had trash everywhere and big piles of trash too. Have to park in assigned spot so locals know you’re visiting. 4 locks on door is a big clue. Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee. "
