Appartements à Station de métro DeKalb Avenue

« Everything was great »

« It was terrific to stay in Chinatown . A nice neighborhood feel. Don’t be disuaded by the entryway - apartment is clean and comfortable. Mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Quiet at night . I may have slept better here than at home. The host was easy to get in touch with when I had a question . Highly recommended. »

« This is a very unique and comfortable property. Felt like home. The neighborhood offered all the amenities within walking distance. Great communication with the owner and on-site contact. Highly recommend. »

« The host has excellent communication skills and is very personable. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us and quite convenient. The water heater did fail, but the host replaced it the next day. We will be back for more adventures. Thank you to Michael & Gus who are exceptional hosts! »

« We recently spent two months in this quirky and quaint apartment. It was absolutely perfect for our needs! The rooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The neighborhood has great cafes and restaurants, as well as excellent public transportation access. We encountered a couple of hiccups which were dealt with promptly by management. I highly recommend this property. »

« We had an amazing experience! The apartment was extremely clean! Everyone was super friendly! »

« This is a great old building in a great lower Manhattan location. Owner provided everything in the apartment to make it an excellent stay. Lots of natural light and views of lower New York. »

« This place is immaculate! Check-in was a breeze, no issues at all. The lobby is beautiful and has a very calming feel to it. Front desk employees are fantastic, we really loved Batto, he made us feel comfortable and at home. Very humble man. The room was spot on. Very clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again if we ever go back to NYC. »

« Host was very nice and easy to deal with via phone and text message. Phone host rather than using VRBO message center. Received good visual instructions ( via text message) for entry into apartment. Great location. »

« Great location! »

« Jenny and VB were the most amazing hosts. More like friends. They went above and beyond in absolutely everything they did for us. Fresh flowers outside the front door, help with our luggage moving in and out, responded immediately to any support we needed, provided housekeeping, let us use their bike to see Brooklyn, gave us a suitcase when we had too much luggage. They left toys for our kids, even listening to what my son loved and leaving him paw patrol toys. Honestly feel so honored to have...

« Great location easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. »

« Beautiful, quiet residence perfectly situated to shops, subway, and ferry. Great cafes and bakeries nearby on Court Street. The home is well designed with huge windows overlooking the backyard garden. Very restful, clean space with all the amenities. Our stay could not have been better. My dog July also enjoyed himself. Thank you so much for our stay. »
