Unit 108 - Holiday Isle. This 1st floor direct gulfvew condo is a 3 bedroom / 2bath unit sleeping 8. Interior furnishings include: M-King, 2nd-queen, 3rd-2 twins, queen sleeper in living area.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach. Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower, washer & dryer, bed & bath linens provided, Smoking prohibited in the facility. No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles. Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred during peak summer season. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver. Travel Guard Insurance is now offered. Call 866-861-3311 for reservations.

Unit needa updating. Need new beach chairs l! 3 out of 4 were broken. Front door lock not working. Toilets need to be fixed., didn’t flush rigjt , handle's broken . Couches were stained.. Positive. Location was excellent .. Beach was nice. Pools weew nice.

Great condo property! We enjoyed the option of 2 pools, hot tub, sauna room and many other amenities! The private access to the beach from Holiday Isle is an amazing bonus to the 3 public beaches available near by!

Very nice, but..

Immaculate room! Plenty of space! Very clean and spacious condo, definitely one of the best we’ve stayed in! Just phenomenal! Pros: Check in was easy, no hassle with parking, parking garage was nice behind a coded gate, beach was exclusive, very nice and large tidal pool with no waves made it great for small kids, lots of shells to find, blown away by the wildlife: crabs, fish, dolphins, walking distance to restaurants and ice cream, rented golf carts easily (fun to ride all over island), room was on bottom floor and 20 feet from lobby and pools (outdoor pool was absolutely amazing), huge balcony, and so many more Cons: MOSQUITOES (horrible), beds need a mattress cover/padding (not the most comfortable), shared electric grills that the condo offers by the pool are NOT GREAT Once you adapt to life on the island, it’s pretty great… VERY FAMILY ORIENTED, not a big party like other places. Perfect for you and your kids, just bring the bug spray and DONT forget it

Beach Perfection!

What more could a family want or need?.... Plenty of room, beach view, two pools, private beach boardwalk (and the beaches are NOT crowded!) The condo was perfect. Clean and well kept. Only issue (and I let the owners know) was the dining room table seemed unstrudy so we did not let the kids sit there, we had them use the bartop counter instead, so it worked out fine. Beds were comfy, furniture nice and clean, plenty of books and games, every kitchen "tool" I needed was available, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. The balcony is BIG and had wonderful views of the ocean. I honestly wouldn't change a thing! We loved Dauphin Island, and if we come back - we hope this condo is open for booking again!

A pleasant stay

If you’re looking for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the busier beach areas, this is it. It has many amenities that are decent. There is an Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, weight room, ping-pong table, boardwalk to the beach and very useful, shady, shower off station. The walk to the beach is nice if you don’t suffer from any disabilities or are bothered by walking long distances in the sand. The sand is white and the beaches are large and not overcrowded. You can rent umbrellas and chairs. Overall, this condo was well appointed apart from some issues with the coffee maker. The rooms are tall, large and has a big patio. Seeing as how it is a first floor unit, though, we often found ourselves sitting in the furniture staring at the patio rail. This unit would probably benefit from taller patio furniture. The condo had a really nice stash of board games and beach toys/things for the kids. The beach wagon with large wheels was a huge plus for us. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us!

Although one of the toilets overflowed into the master bedroom while we were at the beach and we had to stop it and clean up the water to prevent it from flooding other rooms, we had a great time.Just one of those things.🤷‍♂️Thanks for having us.

Condo itself was well maintained, with one exception. The screen door off living room was severely off track, so door did not properly open or closed. Left a note for ACP on departure date as to this issue. It was also EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING that the outdoor pool was closed for repairs during our entire stay! One of the MAIN REASONS this property was booked over others was the benefit of the outdoor pool. Pool was allegedly to resume operations on the day we left. (NOT HELPFUL FOR US). There was no one at the desk during the posted hours of operation on departure date; we needed to get on the road, so I did not want to wait any longer for someone to show up. I therefore left a note about the sliding screen door. Thank you.

Great accommodations

The condo was very nice and clean. Holiday Isle also does a great job keeping the amenities nice and clean. Very secure. My only complaint was the dryer did not work properly. It took about 4 hours to dry a load of towels. Other than that, very satisfied with the unit and communication with owner. I would recommend this unit for anyone.
