"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic property that is not in alignment with the travel of the future. "

"This was by far the worst stay! I paid for a suite and it was so noisy the bed was so uncomfortable and the service elevator was non stop. Only gave the option to change rooms the next day. Oh and someone came into our room with the do not disturb sign on the door ( I can’t make this up!) I could go on & on but the main things were mentioned. I’ve had a much better time previously but this was literally thee worst staycation ever!"

"Great location, loved the restaurant in the hotel. Trader Joes grocery store, Starbucks across the street, many restaurants and even a casino in walking distant. The subway was literally steps away if thats your travel option. "
