"Habitués des hôtels Riu nous avons réservé notre séjour par Hôtel.com avec un règlement sur place. À l’arrivée, l’hôtel ayant volontairement programmé le règlement sans contact sur ses TPE pour ne pas avoir à payer de frais bancaires, nous avons été contraints de nous rendre au distributeur automatique deux jours de suite, compte tenu du montant à retirer, pour régler en espèces. Cette pratique est malhonnête et pas au niveau de l’accueil que l’on peut attendre d’une telle chaîne d’hôtels. "
