"Had booked a King room with request for 1st floor due to my husband having mobility issues and me with bad knees. When checking in was told that room was not available and the only King "left" was on the 2nd floor which meant going up steps. We managed to do it the nights we were there but it was difficult. The breakfast was very good and all in all the room was good. Only negative thing is the room on the 2nd floor. It was not accommodating."

When I went to report this to the staff they canceled my reservation and told me to find somewhere else to stay, and refused to refund me for the 2 rooms I paid for to stay in for 2 nights."
