"This was a nice hotel, a little dated. Only 1 usb port in the room. No microwave or freezer with the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The breakfast is not free but what we had was really food. "

"I recently stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham Fletcher at Asheville Airport while attending ArborFest, and overall it was a great experience. The location was extremely convenient—being right by the airport made travel easy, and it was a quick drive to the event each day. After long days at ArborFest, it was nice to come back to a comfortable and quiet room. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and everything was set up well for a relaxing night’s rest. Overall, the hotel offered a great value and met everything I needed for a work trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone attending ArborFest or traveling through the Asheville area, and I would stay here again."

"Starting with the positives, location of the hotel was an advantage for our planned activities in Asheville. Convenient to interstates & attractions. We were greeted promptly. Friendly staff. Indoor pool. As far as negatives, our room was not quite finished on our arrival after the stated check-in time. Our bathroom toilet had not been cleaned (urine still in the bowl). We lost power one evening. TV did not work 2 days of our 3 day stay. Breakfast food was blah. Crowded area for the number of people. Hard time finding a place to sit. Ended up leaving a day early, but told that we would be charged for the additional day. Based on our experience, we cannot say that we would recommend this hotel. "

"Going through renovations and we were in a newly remodeled room. Very nice and comfortable. "

"Even though there was an accident that took the cable TV offline, I was unable to work due to the marginal wifi, which I was told had nothing to do with the cable TV being offline, and had to seek out a local Starbucks to finish my work. Also, when the person above me showered, the stream turned into a trickle."

"The check in staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and we loved there were both soft and firm pillows on bed. A good breakfast selection with waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, yogurt, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. We appreciated there were nice, fluffy towels in the bathroom. Overall, there were good attention to details towards the comfort of our stay. We will definitely choose to visit again!!"
