Our home is spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds, its light and bright, has a cute kitchen, and is very comfortable. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families. Please note a $500 refundable damage deposit hold will be placed on your credit card on the day of check-in and automatically released after checkout if no damages are reported. \- No more then 6 guests \- 25-years old and older Absolutely no parties will be permitted. The backyard was really nice. We appreciated having a spot to park in the driveway since we were coming in and out a lot. The upstairs unit was a little loud at times but it was manageable. We were a five-minute drive from multiple beaches and harbors and had great access to grocery shopping, restaurants and more. The host was VERY quick to answer any questions and solve any challenges we had. The only caution I would give - this accommodation is a first-floor accommodation; there is a second short term rental on the second floor; we could hear every footstep and conversation as well as toilet flush on the second floor and both parties above us (guests switched while we were there) were up late and up early.
