"Overall, this is a good hotel, especially for a one-night stay. The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, there were a couple of things that took away from our experience, mainly the customer service at the front desk. When we arrived to check in, the only front desk employee walked away from the desk and left us waiting, even though I'm sure he saw us come in. There was no greeting or warm welcome. He simply asked if we were checking in, handed us our room key, and that was it. He didn't explain where the elevators were, mention the location of the pool, or let us know there was a back exit with direct access to the boardwalk. Since there were two different sets of elevators, we had to guess which ones to take to reach our room. A little more communication and a friendly welcome would have made a big difference and created a much better first impression. Another disappointment was the parking fee. Guests are charged $15 per day for self-parking or $35 per day for valet parking. Considering the cost of staying at the hotel, it would have been nice if parking had been included or at least offered at a reduced rate. Charging extra for parking felt unnecessary and took away from the overall value of the stay. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was good, but improving the check-in experience and reconsidering the parking fees would make it an even better place to stay."

"Great hotel if your looking for ocean view room and close to all the local amenities however if you are looking for a quiet stay this may not be a good choice. All night long the walls vibrated from the music concert bass that was outside bordering the hotel. Elevator is slow and dont trust to leave your belongings on the beach our chairs were stolen."

"The property was very clean inside. Several doors wouldn’t latch, and toilets didn’t flush very well. It needed some TLC especially on outside. You are surrounded by the inlet but we couldn’t find anywhere there that would let you fish without leaving the inlet. The walk to the boardwalk was a little further than I would have liked and up a hill. Overall it was very good, but these are just a few things worth mentioning. As far as price, on the VRBO app, it stated all fees included in price. At checkout, there was about 500 more in fees though. It was a very cute house with good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. It had been updated on the inside and looked more modern than the outside as it was an older house. It was walking distance from a lot of activities. I would stay there again."
