"The property was located in a great area in proximity to restaurants etc etc. However, the overall stay was a letdown. When we arrived it was apparent that the house itself was just dirty. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the linens and bath mats were very stained, and I had to clean the shower when we arrived because someone had decorated the inside with loose chunks of hair. The house was just bare bones, no rugs, no lamps nothing to make the home welcoming. We had a very busy weekend as we were traveling for a wedding so we didn’t spend much time at the rental. The beds were comfortable but if we had gone to stay for the lake alone it would have been a disappointment."

"I really can’t say enough good things about our stay at this Lakefront townhouse.The first 2 days we only left for dinner….we soaked in the view while relaxing on the patio & waterside swing. Also tried our luck at fishing from the dock while watching beautiful sunsets. Loved the comfortable living room furniture & big screen TV for an evening movie.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need.. to include a drip coffee pot, as well as a Keurig. Nick was great great with his timely response and helpful suggestions on restaurants and things to do.We are already looking forward to a return visit"

"Unfortunately there was no air conditioning for our first night and the next day. They did get a new air conditioner installed by 4:30 the following day. I did receive a refund for this day. There were several things that did not work (the fire alarm had no batteries or cover, the bathroom sink stopped up each time it was used, the curtain rod broke the first time we opened the curtains in the bedroom. I shared all of this with the property manager so just be sure the items are repaired before you go. Also, there was only one roll of toilet tissue for a 3 day stay for 2 people. Maybe take some supplies with you."

"Great house! Kitchen was truly well stocked as they stated which was important to us! Beautifully furnished, wonderful amenities upstairs and downstairs. Lake location is great, convenient to a few stores for last minute needs. "
