After I checked out, I realised I’d forgotten something in my room, as my cab was there to take me to the airport, in the interest of speed, they gave me the master room key to go back up and get it, rather wasting time having to reactivate my room key"

"Location was very convenient as it was not in the centre but with plenty of trams in the area we were able to get around the city comfortably. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the bar area. The only thing we were not happy with is the fact that free airport shuttle is not available. When we enquired about booking transport we were told it would be a taxi for 950CZK/€40. We had only paid £18 for a prebooked taxi from the airport."
