« I had a great stay at Greenland Apartment Hotel in Kigali. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was smooth during my visit. The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Diane Mugabekazi, who cleaned our room—she is amazing, friendly, caring, and always willing to help. I also had an issue with a noisy guest who disturbed us three mornings in a row at 6 am, but Diane...

« Clean and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Good dining, lovely staff. Great outdoor space with a delightful swimming pool and outdoor dining areas. Reasonably central. Front desk staff was very helpful at finding good drivers and other transportation and accessing anything else we needed. Felt very safe and cared for as a Canadian visitor on first trip to East Africa. »
