« Hotel sucio ,con muy mal olor,No debería estar abierto, Da asco »

« Tout était très bien, mais les matelas ne sont pas optimaux, surtout un des deux...Sinon, tout était bien. Merci ! »

« A éviter »

« It was ok. The matress definitely needs replacing. Some minor repairs would go a long way. Such as the toilet paper holder. If you're expecting hotel condition, you should pass. But we are pretty laid back and aren't looking for luxury. Just a place to rest our heads. Hence the matress comment. It was cheap and did the job. We did get lost but were easily redirected with a timely phone call. The host was very nice and available when needed. I would return if Im in the area again. »

« Huascar is a friendly, responsive host! His unit is lovely and was perfect for my stay! Cozy bed and linens, plenty of room to spread out, and conveniences provided. It was 91F and Humid, and SO refreshing cool as I stepped inside. Convenient neighborhood, blocks from hwy; and stores, restaurants, groceries, malls, services etc. I would love to have booked again soon, but someone else will be enjoying it!(it's booked) »

However, we had three separate issues beyond minor nuisances.I know not typical in Miami, but it was 42 degrees on the first night, so we turned on heat before going to bed. Less than three minutes later, we sensed burning smell and all smoke detectors began chirping violently. « Rooms were clean dishes were not. They left us with 0 cleaning supplies. No dish soap, no laundry detergent, no garbage bags, etc. There were little to no blankets we were essentially sleeping with a bed sheet. The worst part about it was the host practically lives in the garage under neath us which we were not told. If it wasn’t the host someone was in and out of the garage hanging out and at one point giving haircuts from the garage. »

« Great place and quiet to stay at! »

« Visit the place and see for yourself you get what you pay for »

« Nice area. A/C was way too loud. »

« Really liked everything, will definitely come back at some point. Host was helpful and answered all my questions. »

« Excellent stay! Very clean and comfortable, fully loaded kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood, a lot of peacocks around. Beautiful bathrooms and convenient bathroom outside near the pool. Host was very accommodating, would recommend staying here! »

« Quiet place where rest felt easy after long days exploring nearby museums and parks. Air conditioning made a difference too. »

« Arrived past midnight, my room was ready and quiet upon checking in. The firm bed provided decent rest, and air conditioning kept things comfortable as well. »

« Being situated in a peaceful neighborhood let me walk safely even alone at night near attractions such as Lowe's Art Museum. »
