Cases of beer in the trash, toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, Bedding not changed. Clearly it was not cleaned. No response from the host.. still. I had to book a hotel room for the night. I was shocked given the 10/10 ratings. VRBO customer care is also so disappointing in this situation.its been a week and they have not...

« Outstanding setting, the king bed was very comfortable, and the accommodations had everything we needed. I should add that both the main road and the driveway were plowed promptly with any significant snowfall. A really peaceful and memorable stay! »

« The Host is amazing, they responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had then to our surprise they left us some gifts from Vermont to enjoy during our stay. The unit was immaculate and is extremely easy and close to get to the slopes and when we were done skiing the hot tub and pool were a great way to reflect on the day. The condo complex has a pro shop for rental equipment as well as a bar/restaurant on site. This place is 5 star »
