"After touring and exploring, we arrived to finally get some rest in the room I had reserved and paid for. It was late for sure, and we were refused our room. The hotel had cancelled the booking as a no-show. The clerk scoffed at us for arriving so late, and offered a room…if I would buy another night. "

"Plenty of parking. All staff was kind and welcoming. Common areas and room was clean. Pool and outdoor area well kept. My only complaint is that my room was on the side with the hotel name so the spot lights shown through my window. The window only has shutters so the light shown through the cracks. Windows need blackout curtains."

"Overall excellent but if you are staying for longer than a few days the breakfast is monotonous. Especially the hot items. Also it would be nice to know when the noise from landscaping happens to avoid pool time then."
