"This is a wonderful hotel and deserves the very high rating that prior guests have given it. Excellent room, service, food, etc. My only regret is that the fitness room hours are the same as the spa (opening at 8 am and closing at 6 pm). At most hotels where we stay fitness centers are open 24 hours or at least at least 6 am to 9 pm. Current hours don’t factor in people who work or have other daytime commitments. Also we were not aware of these hours until we arrived. They should be posted prominently so guests can make informed choices about where to stay. "

Having somewhere to leave bags that that is also easily accessible, with a washroom and amenities, is the definition of customer focused. Great hotel, quiet rooms even facing the water. "
