« Check in was fine, but was not given information about the internet. I called the front desk and after on hold for 10 minutes hung up and tried several other times. Finally went down to the desk to get info. There was no blanket or comforter on the bed only a sheet. However the room was clean. Escalator going down was out of order. »

« Hotel propre et situé sur une route fréquentée, ce qui engendre un peu de bruit. Chambre de grande taille, propre. Décoration un peu surannée comme tous les hôtels US. Un peu bruyant à cause des autres clients qui prennent le frais sur la coursive, et des ces portes de communication entre chambres. Petit-déjeuner lamentable dans une salle exiguë au possible. Best Western pourrait mieux faire. Une nuit OK, plus cela demande des efforts... »

« Upon arrival the room smelled terrible. It was hot and dingy. When we turned the air conditioner on a horrible smelled came out and continued to squeak nonstop. The windows were absolutely filthy and the view they claim was a freeway. We were in the room 15 minutes and in that time some random person attempted to come in our room. We left and didn't end up staying. »
