« We walked in to clean unit. We have stayed at other places in the area and they were not clean. No smelly blankets and bedding. If I had questions they were answered quickly. Hoping we will get to stay next year. »

« First of all, Brandon was great. Very quick to respond to any inquiry. The cabin itself was very clean and very well supplied. All accessories (towels, dishes, coffee, etc) were provided. Very well furnished as well, Just an excellent three day get away for us. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. »

« We had a lot of communication with the host before and after arrival. The Haus was lovely, quaint and just what we needed to get away from the usual chain hotels. The Haus was clean and very comfortable and had a good range of amenities. The view at sunset was great and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda. We did not use the kitchen facilities, although they appeared more the adequate. All in all this is a lovely hideaway and well worth a visit if you are driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. »

« The first unit I reserved had some issues - sliding door wouldn't open and logging into the TV, but the host moved us to another unit that was much better. We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time. »

« This was a cute little rental that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very responsive. I was impressed to learn it’s been in service for over 20 years. Loved the clubhouse and general atmosphere— reminded me of family vacations as a child in the 1990s… so quaint!! Reception and WiFi is not terrific so it was a great opportunity to play games as a family and take to the outdoors. We plan to return next year. Thank you!!! »
