Privacy abounds with views to the mountains and it is a quick 3-5 minute walk to the lake and 10 minutes into the centre of town. Plenty of room to park the boat and trailer after a busy day on the lake. Comprising two bedrooms, (plus bed in garage) full kitchen, with laundry and wet floor shower, Bellhaven is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps onto kwila decks. Cromwell is a central location for visitors to Wanaka, Clyde, Alexandra, Bannockburn, Gibbston Valley, Arrowtown and Queenstown. Nearby are vineyards, wineries, orchards, golf course and skifields! Lake Dunstan is around 3 minutes walk from your door and there are lots of walks in the area. Highlands Motorsport Park is close by and you are 40 minutes from both Queenstown and Wanaka.
