About this property
Cozy home in the heart of Crested Butte, steps away from all CB has to offer!!!
- Look no further, this newly renovated 2-bed, 1-bath home has all you need. Located just one block from the center of main street (Elk Avenue) providing easy access to all shopping and restaurants. Coffee, food, icecream, shopping is a one minute walk away!. The home is half a block from the bus stop that takes you up to the base of Crested Butte Mountain in 10 minutes. All town amenities are easily accessible. The ice rink and Nordic Center are just blocks away. We have a very large yard for kids to play or you can relax on our back patio and take in the mountain view. The house has a brand new 50" Smart Flat-Screen TV and Wi-Fi. Your family can watch Netflix or most other apps from the TV, or cable television.
