Chalets à Cresson

« The hotel and accommodations were nice and what we expected. What we did not expect was for their to be no staff on duty during the night to deal with the group of people occupying 2 rooms, slamming doors, stomping in the halls, yelling and activating the fire alarm at 11:00 PM, causing the entire hotel to be evacuated into zero degree weather. »

« We reserved a room to accommodate 3 people. At check in we were assigned to a smaller room. The clerk was helpful after we gave him suggestions on how to fix the problem. Although room appeared to be clean, the rug was grimly. Bathroom had mold in corners which had been caulked over. Hallways, main lobby and elevator all needed a good steam cleaning. The clerk was tattooed and had snagged tooth with long finger nails. Not the professional appearance one would expect assisting and greeting...
