"The parking was coinvent. After checking in as we were going to find our room we couldn't help but notice some ceiling panels were missing. The wiring was exposed in this part of the corridor. The room was pleasant as we entered. Much of the bathroom hardware was old and flimsy but worked. Plenty of hot water. The tub was a challenge. Weird set up getting in our out to shower. The bugs were the worst. In the early morning hours my wife while using the bathroom notices bugs scouring on the floor. In the morning. I saw a roach by the microwave on the counter. We packed up and went to check out. I told the desk manager of the experience and have a photo. We were booked for two nights. Staff asked if we would like to switch rooms but we declined. We were only charged for one night. Staff was helpful We can't review the breakfast we left, could you?"

"The staff was wonderful. The room had some issues but the staff tried to help fix them. The parking lot was tricky to get into. Breakfast was nice although not wonderful it sufficed. We only stayed for one night. The room size was good and it had a microwave and mini fridge."

"The slider was broken. Also in the shower there was no where to put your soap or shampoo. Had to put on the floor of the shower. Only one light worked in the room. "

"This was not one of the better Hamptons we have stayed at. It was a little run down compared to others and sound insulation was lacking. Could hear a lot of the other guests upstairs and in the halls. Front desk staff came off as a little indifferent and breakfast staff not super attentive to food and coffee needing refreshed. "
