"This is a converted shed, so it is very small. That being said, it was comfortable and easy to manuver around in. The floor plan works and I was very impressed by that. You might try the outdoor dog barking deterrent. It cost less than $30. Maybe a coffee table in the living room for drinks. Only one bedroom had a mirror so 4 women crowding one bathroom is not the best. Consider a cover for the patio coming summer."
