Châteaux à Crawford

« The property itself was… average at best. There was a huge wet blueish green slime stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, along with broken slats on the blinds in multiple rooms. The fire pit was overflowing with ashes from the previous tenants. The pool had cardboard paper and dead bugs in it. And, the absolute most insulting part? We NEVER got instructions on how to turn the hot tub/pool system on. We wasted HOURS waiting on the “owner” to send the instructions so that we could turn...

« I don’t often write reviews so bear with me,First off, the owner of the property was very communicative and kind throughout our correspondence. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The first-day instructions were incredibly easy to follow — we were checked in and ready to start our day in no time. The open-concept layout was really neat. The high ceilings and spacious rooms made the place feel huge. The new washer and dryer were an awesome amenity, and the very spacious walk-in shower with...

« The host was very communicative and helpful but unfortunately we found spiders and other bugs on the property. Possible bedbugs on king bed. Stained sheets and towels that did not smell good. Also cobwebs in the corners and on the ceilings. No blinds on the front dining room except paper ones and the showers were not stocked with soap. The host refunded us the cleaning fee when we shared these concerns which was appreciated. The location is also right next to a gas station on the highway which...

« Room was clean. Bed was comfy. No complaints. »

« Very bad welcome at the lobby, even people asking the reason we came . Unforgivable. Lights, breakfast, fitness room, mediocre, »

« Tout était parfait »

« 1. I tried to check in 2 hours early. I have never been denied early check-in by any hotel I have been to. She said there are no king bed rooms ready. I told her I did not mind a room with 2 queens but I am going into a training from 2pm-8pm so I'd like to check in and freshen up. She said, no rooms at all were ready. Really? 2 hours before check-in, not 1 room ready? She offered no other options and was not sincere when she said she could not do anything for me. I asked if I could freshen up in...

« Établissement facile d'accès en bord de highway mais très bien insonorisé. Chambre spacieuse, propre, calme, lit confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Nous y reviendrons. »

« Pros; The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Con: The breakfast is pretty much like a snack area. The hard boiled eggs and sausages are like rubber bouncy balls. It would be nice to have a cereal not covered in sugar, Busses and semis take all the parking spaces if you come in late at night. They should park across the street at the mall. »

« Bon petit déjeuner Chambre très propre Accueil très agréable »

« Chambres qui nécessiteraient un bon coup de rénovation. Des valises disparues le 2ème soir... Changement de chambres sans prévenir... Tout a été retrouvé... entreposé sur un chariot dans la chambre du dessus. »

« GOOD »

« Everything was great. »
