"Overall it was a wonderful experience! The owner was so nice the place was comfortable and clean with three bedrooms and 5 beds! Two bathrooms across from one another so conveient! The big tv and wifi was awesome the house backs to awesome trails and just around the corner an Amazing lake that the guest can use caught so many decent bass and it was BEAUTIFUL!! Also the grounds were awesome an old church camp used to be there my daughter and i explored the old cabins and went in the woods, theres a community place to have fires and play games we played cornhole was a blast!! And for being in the woods there was like zero masqitos i dont know why but it was great! To stay where so much history has been and the Abbey literally 4 min away did a murder comedy mystery dinner was awesome and the owner does a free tour of the whole place sat mornings at ten that was awesome!! I definetly plan on staying again absolute 10/10! Also the beds so comfy felt like i laid down on a cloud instant sleep which is not easy for me! Oh yeah and the dinningroom great big table my husband two kids brother and mom all sat down to dinner that was amazing! Great house great owner great location just GREAT! Thank you for making such a special trip even better!!"
"This is an absolutely wonderful place for a getaway. The hosts, Scott and Michelle, are awesome! The cabin was clean, well stocked, peaceful, an absolutely beautiful place to stay! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know! I will definitely go back!"
"I rented this place for my 40th birthday. We went on a float trip near by, so we weren't in the house the majority of the day. But it was great place to come back to and play some games and hang out. There were 9 of us who stayed and we never felt crowded."
"I really liked the property. It was clean, convenient, and the back porch and fire pit very private. The property is in town and near everything that there is in Annapolis. It is about five miles to K Bridge and the Black River. The listing says there are two beds. There are not. There is one bed in the bedroom, a sofa and two chairs in the living room. I went with a friend who had to sleep on the sofa. If the sofa is a pull out sofa I wasn't able to figure it out. I thought that I left something valuable in the property. I messaged the host on VRBO, called the number he gave me and left a message, texted the number he gave me, and texted and callled and left a message that was on the voice mail message of the property and did not receive a reply. So---when you see on the other reviews that the host's communication is not good that is an understatement. I called and left multiple messages and texts three and four days ago and have not heard a peep. "

10/10 Excellent
"It was seriously so cute! Nice & clean. Plenty of space & sleeping areas for our family of 6. Although, we didnt spend alot time actually in the cabin it was nice to come back to a nice cool place to relax for a bit and shower, after an entire evening in the rain (Friday) & full day of sun floating the black river (Saturday). I would highly recommend the Panthers Den to friends/family & if available next year we will be back!!! "

"Five stars is easy when everything is perfect. Five stars is impressive when there's trouble. There were some technical problems when we arrived but the host was able to resolve the for us. We had a lovely stay. So, if you want gorgeous views and a lovely cottage and the assurance of a helpfuln host, then look no farther! "
