« Man was super nice and helpful at check in. For some reason my reservation didn’t come up correctly, but he helped me and checked me in with a room. The room was VERY clean. I’ve stated here before and I’m never disappointed. It’s an older, vintage style hotel, but very well kept. »

« Excellent séjour! Par contre, nous avons voulu un upgrade pour un plus grand lit ou une chambre à lit double mais la seule solution pour y arriver était de prendre une seconde chambre... le problème étant que la réservation avait été faite et payée via Hotel.com. L’hôtel n'a jamais voulu accepter un paiement supplémentaire pour conclure l'upgrade. Nous avons donc dormi dans un plus petit lit!!! Hotel.com devrait prévoir un mécanisme plus simple dans un tel cas. »

« L’établissement a vraiment besoin d’une bonne rénovation, les tapis des couloirs ont plus que besoin d’être changé. Séjour un soir de semaine, peu achalandé, il semblait y avoir que des habitués qui jouaient au vidéo poker et au pool. Service peu cordial, on avait l’impression de déranger. »

"La chambre n'était pas très propre, beaucoup de taches sur les murs. Les draps sont tachés et une substance séchée douteuse sur ma couverture, couverture qui était troué d'ancienne brulure de cigarette. Toute la literie serait à changer. Nous avons aussi trouvé des cheveux qui ne sont pas à nous dans la douche, douche qui ne semble pas avoir été lavé depuis longtemps. Il y avait toute les commodité, inclus le frigos avec congélateur et il y a plusieurs options restauration accessible à pied."
