"Feel breakfast cafe a bit pricey. Not sure why room entrance designed so that door wouldn’t unlatch after getting green light without pushing on it with hand. Needs an easier entrance to avoid taking elevator back down to front desk since couldn’t get in at 2:30 AM following a long train ride."

"2 issues: the shower had some mold on the tile, the shower curtain was a little smelly and the shower wouldn’t turn on. It was fixed that day, but I had to rinse my hair and body by splashing water from the tub faucet. I was never offered a compensation like a free drink from the bar, etc. The 2nd issue was the breakfast. There were no dairy free or gluten free options at all. Cereal had no milk alternative, coffee was the same, no oatmeal. It was very basic."

"Overall the stay was good, though Accessibility leaves a bit to be desired. The doors are big enough and the rooms have enough space to navigate in a wheelchair. There were no accessible rooms available as a Jr suite and no shower benches are kept at the hotel. They also only have 3 luggage dollies, which is not great when more than 20,000 people are in town for a convention. Fortunately I traveled with able bodied people to help with luggage, or Id have been waiting well over an hour for a dolly. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is high quality and reasonable cost, one of the highlights of my stay"
