« Really good view of the Island Ferris Wheel and mountains. Staff was nice and friendly when arriving back to the hotel. Make sure to bring your own bananas for breakfast since none are at the breakfast buffet, overall a good breakfast though! Indoor pool was the right temperature and jacuzzi worked! 9/10 recommend to stay here! :) »

« Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. « I cannot believe how didn’t know about all the amenities Drury hotels have!!!! Free breakfast, free dinner, free alcoholic drinks????? What??? Huge hot tub, nice indoor pool and a splash pad for the kiddos! Rooms were well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Nice safety measures in place by using your room key. Liked it so much became a Drury member on the spot! We will def be back to this location(pigeon forge) and look forward to visiting some of the others. »

« Paid over $300 per night and yet they felt the need to charge me a nightly distination fee. They give you a coupon for $5.00 off a meal or a drink and charge you $20.00. What a deal! Then the final insult was they charged me twice for the same fee. $78.22 charged on my hotel fee and another $20 per day on my Valet parking bill. « Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. « The floors in the room were dirty I took a rag and wiped up where I spilled water and the white wash cloth was black . When we arrived and walked into the room the floors in the room was very sticky our shoes was sticking to the floor we would not take our shoes off at all and walk around in our socks or bare feet do to how unclean the room was. Toilet was dirty and also the bath tub/shower wasn’t clean »
