Chalets à Country Club Hills

« Booked for 5 person, only 2 beds, I had to pay 10$ for an uncomfortable additionnal bed. People were smoking marijuane in their rooms close to us, and even cooked. Wonderful smell when you want to sleep »

« Très bien »

« Property seems fairly new, but you can already tell it is not being taken care if properly. In the room the window sill is dirty and has dead bugs, the corners and base board of the floor is dirty and isn’t being cleaned as it should. The elevatir doors need to cleaned, and the carpet in the hallways looks much older than the building itself. The toilet is in a little room by itself, which is tight and no ventilation, plus the toilet sits so low. »

« I apologize for not remembering the young lady’s name but upon my arrival, she was very helpful and welcoming. The gentleman that was there for the overnight shift was also friendly and helpful. »

« Hh »

« Room was very clean and spacious, staff was friendly »

« The staff was super helpful. Common areas-- carpets, furniture, etc badly need updates. I noticed that the chairs in the reception area were worn to the point of being threadbare-- not a good look, and I did not want to sit on them. There were drain flies in my bathtub. To her credit, the receptionist switched me to a different room and gave me a breakfast voucher as soon as I told her. The new room was much better with no bugs, but the toilet handle did not work properly. »

« Ok »

« Quiet clean convenient location great breakfast »

« Bien mais piscine Out of order et des produits salle de bains finis Chambre spacieuse »
