### Idyllic Family Retreat: Spacious Home with Garden, Kid-Friendly Amenities, and Nearby Attractions

Detached house with unfenced land. Ground floor: large living room (wood stove), lounge (2 sofas), kitchen area (restored bread oven), shower room, WC. Upstairs: small mezzanine with sofa, 1 bedroom (1 bed of 1.40m), 1 bedroom (1 bed of 1.40m and 3 beds of 0.90m), shower room, WC. The cottage is fully equipped to accommodate young children (cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, safety gate for the stairs, potty, toys). Beds made on arrival. For a 100% nature, heritage and relaxation stay, it is the Refuge d'Anne that you must book! Ideal for a family, the cottage is located in the quiet of the countryside, where you can appreciate this environment installed in the garden furniture, while watching your children play in the swing. In addition to these pleasant moments, you will discover the heritage of the region, by visiting the castles, Chenonceaux is 25km away and Fougères-sur-Bièvres 10km away; by exploring the Pouzet garden in Couddes; by tasting local products… Many activities are to be discovered from your cottage, you can even fish in the Morthèze pond 4km away (daily rate).
