"We enjoyed our stay at Cobbler’s Cottage, a couple of things to note however. The kitchen knives in the knife block are dangerously dull, and need to be sharpened or replaced. The toaster should be larger, and most important, the bathtub really needs a grab bar for steadiness. The tub sides are very high and there is nothing to hold onto while entering and exiting."

"Our stay at the White Hart Royal Hotel for our 9th wedding anniversary was a very disappointing one. The rooms were extremely dated - they didn't offer refrigerators, smart TVs, or safes - completely unacceptable for a comfortable stay. The floor in our room sloped so badly that I actually ran into a table while trying to make my way to the restroom during the night. To make matters worse, the curtain was broken, allowing bright street lights to flood the room all night long and making proper sleep nearly impossible. We were also placed at the end of a hall where the door was opened and slammed closed at all hours. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of concern from the staff. We reported the broken curtain, yet nothing whatsoever was done to fix the issue, which made it clear that guest comfort and satisfaction were not a priority. The experience only deteriorated further when we were turned away from dinner at the hotel pub because they were “short staffed.” As if that weren’t bad enough, we were then told that local restaurants might be closing and boarding up due to concerns about “gypsys / Pikeys” coming into town — leaving us unable to find anywhere to eat for the evening. Overall, the entire experience was appalling. Every issue we encountered was ignored, no effort was made to remedy any of the problems, and we left feeling frustrated, unwelcome, and deeply disappointed. I would never stay there again and could not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I booked this cottage for my mums birthday. Location is excellent to explore the Cotswolds. The cottage is quaint and has everything you need. The only thing I would say is that it just needs a little bit of TLC, refresh in paintwork and new carpets upstairs. The only thing was the internet did not work. The network displayed at the cottage to use for the wifi did not exist. It was only when I returned home to find an email had been sent to me on the Sunday evening to tell me the wifi network had been changed. The email was sent to late for me to see before we set off the following day and the new network was not displayed in the cottage or in the welcome book. Other than this it is a great little find and I would recommend."

"Really great location in centre of Moreton in Marsh. Apartment had everything you need. The beds were super comfy. Plenty of places to eat. Parking was normally OK. On market day(Tuesday) we had to park over the road which wasn't a problem. Would definitely stay there again."

"Superb location and size of the property was perfect for four of us that needed separate bedrooms. The garden is amazing with panoramic views into the distance. The host Kay, was very informative and bolthole retreats were excellent in their communications. Everything you need is in the kitchen to make a hearty meal if you don’t want to eat out. We were so lucky with the weather four days of clear Blue Sky really helped with us being able to enjoy the garden every day after walking. The only bug bear is that the shower will only just about get you wet and need changing/upgrading The kettle could also do with changing. ! Thanks Kay"
