« We loved the quiet location, the beautiful rooms and bathroom! The beds are incredibly comfortable and room darkening curtains certainly allow for some extra sleep in the morning. I felt like I was being taken care of pre-covid style. IYKYK! There is a nespresso machine right in the room and a fridge for your leftovers, especially if you eat at Flapjacks! My teenage boys loved the stay too! »

« Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The hotel was in a great location, right on the trolley line, but secluded enough to not hear the noises of Gatlinburg. There was a lot of bear activity which was very cool. The staff and the restaurant were all wonderful and the pool was perfect for kids. We will definitely be staying here again. »

« Perfect location has mountain facing views. Parking is 15 a night however the downtown area including aquarium and Anakeesta is walking distance so you save those parking fees. Room very roomy had a fire place super cozy.
Would definitely recommend this hotel. Across the street is a river so pretty and you can walk next to it. Also the sky lift is even closer so book and enjoy! »
