« Shower had terrible water pressure and the entire head was loose in the wall. The sheet on the bed had a 6” rip at the corner. The mattress pad/ protector had a 3” brown (poop?) stain. The door lock was finicky and took several tries to make work. »

« When I got to the hotel there was a sign up that said that the hotel was no longer accepting any online reservations. Fortunately, I chose to pay at the hotel versus paying online otherwise what I paid would not have been refunded. Fortunately, I went right down the street to a cleaner hotel and a cheaper hotel.
