coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.  
  
GUEST VERIFICATION:  
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.  
  
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:  
\- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.  
\- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.  
\- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.  
  
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

My mom, sister and I had a wonderful time! The condo is well maintained, clean, and in the perfect location. The beach was not too crowded, but still close enough to great restaurants and shopping. We loved our relaxing girls getaway in Port A, and highly recommend!

Awesome experience, very clean property and overall an outstanding weekend trip. Only issue was with the WiFi but was able to use the Roku TV and spent most of the time at the beach so didn't really miss the WiFi not working.

Very nice and comfortable and beautifully furnished. Unfortunately the living room TV went out the first day and we had to watch TV in the bedrooms but everything else was great.

#### Perfect family vacation spot

This was our first family vacation to the beach and we decided to go to the gulf. This property did not disappoint. We loved that we had our own boardwalk to the beach and also had the option for a pool for the kids. Our family loved it and only a short drive to town to experience island life!

My only wish was that the sliding glass door worked in the master bedroom and that there was a gate on the balcony area to easily access the pool and beach. It was a pain to go around every time but other than that, it was great. And it was also nice that there was a security guard monitoring the parking lot and property at night.

#### If only a bed.

The property was nice and clean, and it was far enough out of Port A to not have the “Super” crowd on the beach. The main complaint was the master bed. It was honestly the hardest bed I’ve slept on, and I travel. I would’ve pick the floor if the kids didn’t bring in sand…. The kids queen bed was awesome, so it was definitely noticeable. On the upside, the pool was huge and the family loved it! Other than the bed, a great stay.

#### Door Still broken

The property is great, clean and great location. The problem, you have a patio door in the living room leading to the patio, also a patio door in the Master Bedroom leading to patio. Nice right? We the patio door in the living room does not open. The lock is broken, the handle is broken. I immediately call the company that’s manages the property. They know it’s broken, they said some one would be over. They call back a few minutes later and state that the HOA handles this problem and would be over on Thursday or Friday, Ok I guess oh well. Everyone has to walk thru master bedroom to go on patio. On Thursday the management co. Calls states the HOA want to come exterminate and fix patio door. I said no to the extermination , because I didn’t want the insecticides on my belongings and didn’t want to smell it as I would probably start coughing and sneezing, this should be done when the unit is empty, But asked they please fix the door. She said they would. Well it’s Sunday 5 days later and still no use of patio door. With 2 couples staying in the unit it’s a big inconvenience.This is poor management or HOA, an unusable exit door is inconvenient and in the event of a fire in the unit could be bad. I hate to leave a bad review but very disappointed in the unusable door!

#### Beach Time

Had a great time in this condo. Had everything we needed with a lot of space. The view from the condo over the dunes is great! The pool is right outside the patio, sadly you can’t just walk straight through, have to walk around. The boardwalk to the beach is super nice. Unfortunately, the beach, while right there, is super close to the beach road and traffic. We had a fantastic time. Wish we were still there.

#### Nice Stay

The condo itself worked great for our family of 6. It was clean and comfortable. I especially loved that there was a "mud room" for all your sandy beach stuff, sandy shoes, etc. without having to drag it through the condo. It was sufficiently stocked with all the necessities. I would suggest some updated check in instructions. It is still listed that you have to go to town and get a key when you actually only need to call to get a code. Thankfully, we called ahead with a question about check in and they let us know. It would have just been wasted time otherwise. Also, there was a major bug problem while we were there. The pool was not enjoyable because of the abundance of bugs all in the pool, both dead on the bottom and floating on top. Almost like it wasn't being cleaned. There were also mosquitos everywhere! They were all over the door to get in the condo. We couldn't enjoy the balcony at all because they were so bad. We visit Port A. often and we are from Texas so, we are familiar with the bugs and mosquitos, but this was crazy! Maybe they were just in between exterminators or something but, it did effect our stay. Overall, I would recommend this particular condo and would stay here again.

Stay was great but only downfall is there is no near by store. The place is right in the center so it’s either you back cross the bridge or farther down to the end by the ferry. Overall, amazing.

This is the first time I have stayed at this property and I was very happy with my experience. The unit was very cute, clean, and larger than expected. Of course I had pictures but it was better than how they portrayed. I absolutely loved the pool, and the walk to the beach was perfect. I’ll definitely be back.

#### A great weekend getaway

With 2 teenaged girls, the first floor condo by the pool was the perfect location. And the gated access to the beach caused us to feel safe. The beach was uncrowded and a wonderful break before school started.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the door from the living room to patio was locked and manager was not able to come unlock for us. That was a big inconvenience because the family had to use our room door to patio so we never had privacy and room stayed hot.

Condo was a perfect location (especially when traveling with young kids) we were right by the pool and maybe a little over 100 yards to the beach! Condo has comfy beds and always had hot water for showers/ baths. Kitchen was not stocked great, but it had the the bare minimum necessities for our stay. It was nice having a big laundry / storage room, but would have loved more towels! Overall great place!
