Wish I could add pictures

Check in clerks were nice and welcoming. Fast. The area was just a bit sketchy. The building is really old, almost falling apart. The inside is nicely decorated but needs a deep clean, felt gross. Smelled like mold it was hurting my nose, by the pictures I took I think there might be some in the restroom. The balcony has a nice view but you can’t enjoy it because the floor looks questionable, like it might fall in. You can see the plywood and nails. The chairs are not the same as pictures and if you sit on them you can’t see view from the deck bars. The decorations not like pictures. The door only closes if you push it back. The building and room is old and it’s nearly hanging on. It didn’t feel safe and it’s way over priced.

Outstanding view! The owner was very responsive, and dealt with any issues right away. The complex is getting some needed repairs, but they do need to get the driveway/parking lot redone soon.

Corpus Beach Condo

Such a cozy condo! The view is amazing. We found the staff at the condo to be friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and seems to be recently renovated. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. Great for a weekend get away or beach vacay.

Great view of the bay, Ships, Nicely remodeled, Cold A/C, Good seafood close by at Pier 99. Usually go to Bob Hall pier, Balli park for beach, and open ocean.

We checked in on Sunday, everthing was great! Went out all day on Monday. When we arrived to the condo the room was hot. 80 degrees. We couldnt get the thermostat to go lower. So we coulnt sleep all night. I called to the front desk in the morning. They said I had to call the owner, Reah. So I did. It was around 8 a.m when I called. No answer and mailbox was full. We didnt know when it would be fixed. We left out a day early. We checked out on Tues the 3 rd. Around 10 a.m.

Beach View Right from Your Balcony - Sunrise was amazing!

The condo is definitely spacious and perfect for a girls trip! The bunk beds are comfortable, the bedroom is roomy, sofa makes another relaxing sleep away and plenty of closet space. The bathroom comes equipped with plenty of extra towels.The kitchen is great with a convection oven for the early morning breakfasts, mid afternoon snacks, lunch and dinner. Refrigerator is large and can house all your beverages, fruits, juices and leftovers. The balcony offers breathtaking views of the beach and chairs are provided to relax and take it all in its beauty. Beach chairs are provided, toys and boogie boards. The location is a bonus because it is near washers and dryers that are coin operated. The front desk is very helpful and will fill up your ice chest when you bring it down. Ice can be purchased in bags. Complimentary coffee is also available at the front desk.

Overall good stay

The unit itself was very nice and as pictured. It was clean and you could tell the owners put in effort to make the condo aesthetically pleasing. The view was beautiful and the grounds were quiet overall. The beach was a bit of a disappointment with the sand (lots of sharp seashells) and reports of jellyfish. We chose to drive 20-30 minutes elsewhere for a better beach. I also fixated on the fact that the patio sloped in at the middle (after Surfside) and the smell of humidity/ mold was a bit overwhelming.

Fantastic Location!

LOVED this property so much. Felt super safe traveling alone. Only downside is it doesn’t look like the balcony door sits right in the track so there was a super noisy draft the first night. Otherwise, I LOVED it. I really enjoyed getting to sit on the balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee! Will absolutely be coming back.

We've stayed at this location before, we knew what to expect and this condo was just as advertised in decoration and location, but too many things were off for it to just be coincidences. I don't think it gets enough on site attention being owned by an out of state rental company. The owners were easy to reach, polite and quick to respond but let's be honest, who wants to have to contact property owners? The entry code could only be located after setting up an additional account with Evolve. The Internet was down and required us having to gain access to an adjoining unit to reset the modem. The cable was in the process of being "updated" but the room had been rented out before getting the new box set up. The ac never was up to par. Even with the curtains pulled tight all day long, the temp never got below 76 even at night. The complex fire alarms short circuited FOUR times one night in the middle of the night. And the fun one, the toilet actually came off the ground the first day! Like while being used, rocked completely forward. My husband actually had to get tools from his truck to try and secure it while maintenance came (which BTW took two days and they showed up unannounced and let themselves in while we were downstairs. Yeah, that's alyways a fun surprise to find strange men standing in your condo hallway.) Anyway, the complex is old. It needs renovations but the location to North Beach is unbeatable. This condo is "nice" but it really needs attention. Sadly, I don't think we'll be back.

Beautiful location right on beach!

My family and I rented this condo June 14th through June 17th, 2019. The condo building is definitely an older building and is a bit ran down; however, this condo has recently been renovated and is super cute. It was very clean. The location could not have been better. This is a 2nd floor unit, and the beach is a short walking distance away. We were able to open the sliding glass door and step right out onto the balcony to enjoy the beautiful scenery, wonderful ocean breeze, and hear the waves. We truly enjoyed our experience here and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Relaxing

The view and room were as described. However there seemed to be a lot of people "workers" and others roaming within the gated area that didn't seem to belong. Only one elevator for all the rooms. Made it difficult to get our items to our room.

This property was beautiful!!

I truly enjoyed this property! It was very clean and literally the ocean is right there. The balcony is comfortable and overlooks the ocean. You can hear the waves and feel the breeze. There is an elevator located in building 2 if you don’t feel comfortable taking the stairs. The stairs do look a little creepy at night. Other than that this property is amazing. Make sure you have your vehicle license plates number ready for check in and $30 for your vehicle. Also during the stay the gate was broken so anyone could drive into the property. Otherwise this property is beautiful and conviently located. The beach was not crowded and the birds flying around are friendly. Check out Mustang island if you get the chance and the USS Lexington. I will recommend this place to anyone! I definitely will be renting here again!

Nice View...

My kids and I rented the condo for a short trip to the beach. The building is dirty, rusted and the elevator wasn't working. The front desk staff was not helpful, and I never was able to get a pool band or get info on how to gain access to the fitness center. The condo was clean, but the toilet leaked from the base every time it was flushed, the curtains you see in the picture would fall every time we pushed them back, and the place smelled of rust and mildew. The surrounding area is dilapidated and we did not feel safe walking around the area at night. The closest grocery store which is safe to visit is around 8 miles away. Overall the best part was the view it is beautiful, but the condo, building and location were not what I was expecting.

Cute condo and great location!

The beds were so comfortable! Even the bunkbeds. You can feed the seagulls right off of your balcony. The view of the ocean is lovely with palm trees. You can literally walk to the Lexington and there's a 2 mile sidewalk that stretches from one end to the other along the beach that's right in front of the condo. The beach was never crowded even though it's July and the beaches were clean. The condo had everything we needed except a hair dryer, soap and shampoo. The AC kept the place nice and cool. I would stay here again.

Highly recommended !

We had a girls trip for the weekend and this was a perfect little place for the three of us! It was very clean and new. Beach front was gorgeous. We practically had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Not crowded at all.

fresh and clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The remodel was fresh and modern, just like my own home so we were super comfortable. There was some construction going on at the property but that didn't cause any issues. Pretty much everything we needed was there, including sand toys for the kids and a clothes line on the balcony which was so convenient. The only difficulty we had was figuring out how to get into the top bunk, can't imagine how the housekeeping person makes that bed, we ended up having to pull the mattress off and make a pallet with it on the floor. I don't think we are the only ones to struggle as you could see marks on the ceiling where people had hit their head trying to boost themselves up.. yikes! There were a ton of jellyfish at the CC beach this time so we took a quick drive down to Port A and had a great time. The condo is in a perfect location if you are interested in checking out the Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington, both fun things to do when you are all beached out. This is a great condo! ps-if there was a dustpan hiding somewhere, we couldn't find it, that was pretty much the only thing missing!
