After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed. I spent the...

« The property is beautiful, the property is just as you step out of your condo/villa and the service is great! Perfect for families or solo traveling. Lastly it is located in a wonder area and the police station is a few steps from the property.
All in all great location great staff and the communication was excellent, only one recommendation they do need a chat app/platform. »
