My wife had a birthday while we were there. It is really close to Cottonwood, and Sedona. The sights around Sedona are amazing to say the least. The House was very clean, Hot tub was great after our hikes. Great location, 2 hours from Phoenix, 30 minutes from Sedona and 20 from Cottonwood. We will definitely be back to this place.
