Location de vacances de particulier à Corning

« My room was perfect! Bed and pillows were yummy!!! I will try to stay here whenever I go back to Chico, Ca. Perfectly situated close to restaurants and highway. I absolutely recommend staying here!!! »

« This was the perfect place for our family to stay to attend our son’s fire academy graduation. We had 4 elderly people and ourselves and it was very accessible for all of us. The house is spacious and it is located in a cute neighborhood , close to town and with plenty of options if you enjoy going for walks. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my communications! »

« Very cute house and well equipped kitchen for longer stays. »

« The place is really nice and very much worth the price. You can talk downtown in about 25 minutes or drive downtown in about 5 minutes. It is about the same distance to Sierra Nevada Brewing. The place is very nice, clean and has everything you need. The people at the management company are nice enough, if a bit disorganized. For example, after I paid, they asked me for a $150 breakage deposit, stating that it was required, when the listing clearly shows the breakage deposit as $69 and...

« Pictures of house were bright and beautiful. Actual house was dark stained and looked like it needs some definite tlc. »

« Great central location and accomodating host »

« We recently came into town for a Chico State Rugby reunion and to stay and check on our rental property there. Honestly this house was great, spacious and had everything we needed. I still gave this 5 stars but I do want to note that when we arrived we found that someone had left their spit container for chewing tobacco in the kitchen on the floor. In addition, I sent two messages to the host through Expedia which weren't responded to prior to our trip dates. I finally was able to get ahold...

« We stayed here for a few days. Super cute little bungalow. Very close to downtown and the shopping district. My teenage son loved the loft area. Host communicated well and responded quickly. »

« Excellent hosts, with an even better property. They took care of us and accommodated our needs more than we could ever ask for. thank you. »

« Love staying here, it was close to town but enough outside of it so you don’t feel like you’re in the mess. Only had one slight snafu with the air-conditioning where I thought it was on, but only had the fan going so it got extremely hot. Luckily, the host was very responsive, and I got the place cooled down rather quickly. I love the fact that they had bikes in the garage that could be used to go into town without using the car. I definitely would like to stay here again. »

« Thank you, Chelsea, from the bottom of my heart, for your quick responses and support during one of the hardest weekends in my life. As a Chico native, it was so comforting to have a quiet, comfortable place to retreat to while my mom's Memorial service and associated events happened in Chico. I would love to stay in your place again for a more relaxing weekend! »

« The host was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The house was a perfect blend of old and new and so comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much! »

« Location is key! Walking distance to everything we needed. All accommodations met! Definitely pet-friendly. We’ll be back! »
