« As we were walking out the door for vacation we found out that our prior hotel had canceled our stay without any communication or explanation whatsoever!! After a mini freakout, I went onto Expedia and Sea and Sand Cottages was the first thing that popped up. « My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇 »

« This is a very cute little property just minutes from the beach and close to the heart of Port Aransas. Everything is provided, the bed was comfy and A/C kept us comfortable on some really hot days. My kids and I had a great experience...except for the sunburn. Use that sunscreen! »

« Extremely clean, nicely decorated beautiful room. The bed was too soft for us, but got enough sleep to feel refreshed in the morning. Would definitely stay again for 1 night but likely wouldn't more than that due to soft bed. This place is on Hwy 35 but is in a quiet area and is very close to fair ground and artist community shopping. Dog Station is appreciated so that you arent keeping waste bags in the room. Office was locked with no doorbell, but if you call, very quick and pleasant...

« Good stay here. Right off of Alistair Road so very convenient to walk or drive. No bugs of any kind that we saw. The only issue we had was with the toilet, on the first day we had to plunge it, as it had filled up with water, and we didn't put anything down it at all. After that it seemed to be fine. Will stay again. »
