"Conveniently close to hwy, spacious but ad does not match the property. Cleanliness was not to expectations, bath towels were not fresh, amenities weren't all there (something as simple as garbage bags and dish towels) responsiveness was slow although friendly. It has such great potential if improvements are made."

"We had a group of five staying here, and it was great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay!"

"We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund.This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. I have always been very happy with vrbo, but it will be a while before I use them again. The support team from vrbo...

"We stayed at this house for two nights for a wedding near by, and the house is beautiful and so clean. There are lots of bathrooms and bed. The whole house is super spacious with lots of areas to sit and relax. The house is also across the street from a nice park if you want a nice stroll. I would stay again if I'm in town."
