« Room was very clean , when arriving to check in it took several minutes for someone to show at front desk . When someone finally showed up young man very nice older gentleman acted like he didn’t want to be bothered which seemed rather rude . Later I sent my grandson to get an extra blanket again no one at front desk after waiting several minutes still no one shoes up so he came back. For breakfast biscuits were hard like hockey pucks gravy was thin like water , hash browns and sausage looked...

« Room was small but mostly clean. The sink in the bathroom was dirty like someone just rinsed their mouth and left. The floor in the bathroom looked a little dirty. Breakfast was ok. Walmart is just across the street and there were plenty of restaurants around within walking distance. Would stay again in the future. »

« Nice stay, but beware of the $5.00 per night credit card charge. Yeah, I was surprised myself to see an additional $15.00 added to the cost of our 3 night stay. Apparently this is done at a few IHG properties so always look at the additional charges section before you get a surprise set of charges like we did out of the blue. Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful. »

« We love staying at the Caldwell Studio and all of the Caldwell properties. It is where we always try to stay when we visit our granddaughter who attends college at UCA. It is the BEST. »

« The tiny house was exceptionally clean and had every thing we would possibly need while visiting our granddaughter at UCA. It is beautifully decorated and the linens were very nice. The queen bed was comfortable but when you are accustomed to a king size, it was a little small. However, it worked well. »
