"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh North Shore for a full week, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and it was obvious that cleanliness is a top priority throughout the hotel. Not only was my room immaculate, but every common area I visited was also exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff truly made my stay memorable. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their outstanding customer service made me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. There was an excellent variety of fresh and healthy options every morning, with something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start each day. The location is fantastic as well. Being on Federal Street, just a couple of minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, made it incredibly convenient to get around and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Overall, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. If you’re looking for outstanding service, immaculate rooms, a delicious breakfast, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend staying here.
