« While the apartment was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was horrendous. Prior to booking, I messaged the host about a 4:00 pm check-in due to an event my family needed to attend at 5:00. The host agreed, but on the day of check-in, the host said she wasn't sure she could accommodate and ghosted us until 4:55, when she finally sent the code for the door. We sat outside the empty apartment for over an hour waiting for check-in instructions, and wondering if we even had a place to...

« Loved the feel of this historic hotel. The staff was great at both breakfast and check in. Temperature control in the room was a challenge and would have appreciated a little more communication on cleaning the room for our 2 night stay. Overall, our visit was very good. We would return. »

« Do not come here if you're on a business trip especially during the weekend. Couldn't get any sleep noisy guests on both sides. Slamming doors, arguing in the hallways all night until day break. Reported it to the front desk. Don't mean a thing. I cancelled my reservation for the rest of the week and checked out in the middle of the night. Move to another hotel to get some rest for work. »
