« Great property, super clean, was well stocked, and had everything we needed. Co-op was round the corner or we walked to the local Tesco. Would highly recommend! Thank you! »

On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves.
The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let.
