"Parking was well lit and convenient from hwy. Breakfast was ok, late one morning. Room was clean, shower handle was loose & inconsistent. Fitness room & pool were dirty. Treadmill didn’t work, elliptical buttons didn’t work & weight equipment was missing dumbbells and handles for machine. Pool didn’t really look too appealing either. "

"Very comfy beds and pillows, slept amazing while traveling. If you forget anything, front desk has it for you. Great location and property."

"Upon checkin the manager was very snarly and unfriendly. It was 1:00 am but I’ve never been greeted by such a bad personality. The kitchen in the room was not cleaned because the coffee maker had leftover coffee and a used pod in it. There were drinks left in the refrigerator. I only hope the sheets were replaced. The bathroom did appear to be good and clean. "

"Everything was very easy and accommodating. Great place to stay. Close to the hospital, made my stay easy and comfortable. "

"Provided decaf coffee only in the room. No decaf was available at the breakfast bar. Room was larger than some other Best Western rooms, and had a better breakfast bar. Cold water faucet worked VS some other Best Western rooms."

"We have stayed there several times before because it’s always a great place to have a layover, the staff is always friendly, it’s always a pleasure to be there, clean, quiet, and dinning is close"
