Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². The accommodation comprises \- an 18 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV \- A 6m² alcove with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC Outside : \- A 6m² terrace overlooking the garden and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
